JMC Framing is offering an exceptional opportunity for individuals with 1-10 years of framing experience to showcase their talents. As a Framing Carpenter, you will play a crucial role in our projects, working collaboratively with our team of experts to deliver high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities:

• Interpret and execute blueprints and construction plans.

• Measure, cut, and shape materials to precise specifications.

• Assemble and install building frameworks, including walls, floors, and roofs.

• Select and utilize appropriate tools and equipment.

• Collaborate with the team to ensure projects meet quality standards and deadlines.

• Provide mentorship and guidance to Framing Helpers as needed.

• Ensure worksite safety and adherence to all company policies.

• Perform tasks that may include framing modifications and alterations as required.

Qualifications:

• Must be at least 18 years old.

• 1-10 years of relevant framing or construction experience.

• Proficiency in interpreting construction plans and specifications.

• Carpentry skills, including the ability to use carpentry tools and equipment.

• Team player with strong work ethic

• Reliable and punctual.
