JMC Framing is offering an excellent entry-level opportunity as a Framing Assistant. No previous experience is required, making this an ideal position for those eager to learn and grow within the industry. As a Framing Assistant, you will work alongside our experienced team to gain valuable skills and hands-on experience in framing and construction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in framing and construction tasks under the guidance of experienced team members.

• Measure, cut, and shape materials as directed.

• Assemble, disassemble, and maintain tools and equipment.

• Load and unload construction materials and equipment.

• Carry and hand tools and materials to team members as needed.

• Maintain a clean and organized work area.

• Follow safety protocols and adhere to company policies.

• Operate small machinery or equipment as necessary.

 

Qualifications:

• Must be at least 18 years old.

• No prior experience in framing or construction is necessary.

• Willingness to learn, take direction, and work in a team environment.

• Reliable and punctual.

• Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
